I have a varied project management experience learning from understanding of budgets, deadlines and communication between client and supplier, from my 15 years in the engineering industry. Then moving to be Operations Director of an Advertising business with offices in London, Cambridge and Hong Kong.

It could mean a discussion of your IT needs - It might be a morning brainstorming ways to grow your customer base or some help hiring new staff. And at busy times you can even outsource all or part of a project for me to run for you.
